CEI vast experience where they were a key part of delivering electrical engineering services for an office space over 10,000 square feet. CEI worked on designing and installing electrical systems for different office areas like open workspaces, private offices, break rooms, and support areas. Their expertise made sure everything was smoothly integrated, meeting the needs of each space and following industry standards. Their work helped create a well-functioning, efficient, and well-lit office, boosting both comfort and productivity. CEI provided critical electrical engineering services for a large, 50,000+ square foot facility that combined both lab and office spaces. The project came with unique challenges, requiring CEI to design and install electrical systems to meet the distinct needs of high-tech labs alongside modern office areas.

For the labs, CEI created electrical systems specifically tailored to support specialized equipment and strict requirements for advanced scientific research. This involved ensuring stable and reliable power for essential lab instruments, incorporating backup systems to prevent downtime, and following strict safety standards to maintain a secure research environment. CEI also minimized electrical interference and ensured the systems could handle the varying power demands typical of labs.

In the office areas, including open workspaces, private offices, break rooms, and support spaces, CEI focused on creating functional designs that boosted productivity. Intuit Mountain View

CEI provided expert electrical engineering services for a large 250,000+ square foot office complex and a 120,000+ square foot parking structure. The project included a variety of spaces tailored to the needs of a modern workplace.

For the office complex, CEI was responsible for designing electrical systems for open-plan offices, private offices, and a grand atrium. They ensured efficient power distribution, integrated lighting, and advanced data systems, with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.

CEI also designed electrical systems for the facility's amenity spaces, which included break rooms, a play area, and a wellness zone to enhance employee well-being. Training rooms received specialized electrical setups to support various tech needs for corporate training.

In the parking structure, CEI designed systems for lighting, security, and electric vehicle charging stations, ensuring functionality and alignment with sustainability goals.

LAX Automated People Mover (APM)

This project highlights Ronson Provido's critical role during his tenure at PBS, where he provided essential Electrical Engineering services for the 2.25-mile elevated Automated People Mover (APM) system, a key component of Los Angeles International Airport's (LAX) Landside Access Modernization Program (LAMP). The APM is designed to transform the passenger experience by efficiently connecting LAX with newly developed offsite parking, car rental, and public transit facilities, significantly reducing congestion and improving accessibility.

As part of this landmark infrastructure project, Ronson was responsible for designing and implementing the electrical systems that power the APM's operations. His work involved ensuring reliable and continuous power delivery to the entire guideway, which includes the train systems, stations, and associated facilities. This required careful planning and coordination to integrate the electrical systems with the overall infrastructure, including traction power for the trains, station lighting, and power for operational controls and communication systems.

Ronson's expertise in electrical engineering was crucial in addressing the unique challenges posed by an elevated transit system.
